What section is my pair of tickets located in? Can I select my seats?
The tickets are the Best Available, Upper Level. Unfortunately, you cannot select your seats.

How do I redeem my pair of Bruno Mars tickets?
After completing your contribution payment through enterprise.indiegogo.com/HeinekenCities, you will receive two emails: 1) A receipt from Indiegogo.com confirming the successful processing of your $150 contribution to one of the projects, and 2) An email with instructions for ticket redemption within 24 hours.
If you do not receive redemption information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours, make sure to check your spam folder, then email fulfillment@lifeinmobile.com.
Are the tickets digital or physical?
All tickets are physical and will be mailed to your provided shipping address. There is no way to change the tickets to a digital version.
