How do I redeem my pair of Bruno Mars tickets?<\/em><\/p>\n

After completing your contribution payment through enterprise.indiegogo.com\/HeinekenCities, you will receive two emails: 1) A receipt from Indiegogo.com confirming the successful processing of your $150 contribution to one of the projects, and 2) An email with instructions for ticket redemption within 24 hours.<\/p>\n

If you do not receive redemption information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours, make sure to check your spam folder, then email fulfillment@lifeinmobile.com.<\/p>\n

Are the tickets digital or physical?<\/em><\/p>\n

All tickets are physical and will be mailed to your provided shipping address. There is no way to change the tickets to a digital version.<\/p>\n
